How to Report an Error

If you believe an article contains a factual error, please contact us with the article URL, the specific claim you believe is incorrect, and the evidence supporting the correction. We review all correction requests.

Types of Corrections

Factual errors — incorrect data, misattributed quotes, wrong dates, or inaccurate regulatory statements — are corrected and noted at the top of the article with the correction date.

Clarifications

Clarifications — where the original text was ambiguous but not technically incorrect — are updated with a note explaining the clarification.

Updates

Updates — where new evidence supersedes previously accurate information — are noted with an update date and brief explanation of what changed.

Transparency

We do not silently delete or alter content to hide errors. All corrections are noted on the article. Significant corrections are disclosed prominently.
